By commissioning me
you agree that you have read and understood my terms of service.
If you have any questions feel free to ask me beforehand.I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
I WILL DRAW:
▪ OCs
▪ fanart
▪ ecchi/pinup/nudity
▪ humans, humanoids, etc. including:
▪ mermaids, monstergirls, animallike features and so on!
However please consider i am not satisfyingly trained enough in drawing heavy animal or animal-like anatomy.(preferably feminine appearing characters. just look at my art u know what i mean wink wink) if not stated or unsure, feel free to ask!I WON'T DRAW:
▪ heavy animal anatomy
▪ detailed backgrounds
▪ anything discriminatory or offensive
– PROCEDURE –
If you want to claim a slot, you need to be able to pay immediately (within 48 hours) when I ask for payment or send an invoice.
To gain a slot please fill out the usually linked google form which consists the following:Commission type:
Number of characters: (max. two)
Character names:
References: (visuals required)
Basic info: (e.g additional information, personality, do's/don'ts, special pose/expression, chara species, another idea? saw something from me u like? put it in here! you can hmu with inspirational folders too! please try to keep it short but clear! <3)
pp email:I will contact you to confirm the form or to discuss if anything is still unclear.
Please read carefully, this is very important.
After confirming your form, I will inform you when I get to work on your slot. I will give you my pp address/send an invoice and finish your commission asap after receiving full payment!You will receive a low resoluted, rough watermarked sketch of your commission as soon as possible. When receiving the sketch, you can still ask for small edits or additional details! Nevertheless, please be sure to make your commission form and wishes clear beforehand. If you want to give me free hand on your commish that's fine for me too!
If you change your mind after i showed you a sketch already, please respect that I can not draw an entirely new pose afterwards. Σ(//꒳//)About duration of waiting for your commission:
I do try to complete your commission within no more than two months, please be aware of the possibility that it could take longer.
I am currently not able to work with set deadlines. Of course you may tell me if your commission is supposed to be a gift for an upcoming birthday etc., I will try my best!
But I will most likely not be able to finish your drawing within a week.Due to artistic freedom I reserve the right to make stylistic choices with colors or designs and costumes, the latter if character references were vague or unclear. So please be sure to include everything you wish for right from the start! I will not revise heavy details in the finished commission because you missed out to include them. I will edit or add a forgotten detail free of charge if I made a mistake on my behalf.Resolutions for finished drawings are usually 300dpi between 2000 x 2500px or up. The high res version will be sent to you upon completion, a smaller version will be posted online.
– PAYMENT –
Payment will be accepted through pp only, usually in USD, fully upfront.
Please include your username in the message.Please pay immediately when I ask you to do so.
If you are not able to pay within 48 hours without telling me beforehand, you will move down the list, your commission will be cancelled if this happens repeatedly.
– REFUNDS –
I reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your commission for any reason.However:
Full refunds will only be given if I have NOT yet started on your commission piece.
A partial refund will be made if your commission was not finished yet.
You will be charged for the already done work.Fully completed commission pieces will not be refunded at all.
Instead you may ask me to edit something if you are not satisfied!
Though I may charge an extra fee (see "procedure").
– RIGHTS –
I retain all rights to my art.
I may upload your commission to any of my online galleries.
All commission orders are for personal use only.
It may not be redistributed, used commercially or for any kind of AI or NFT purposes.Please do not edit your commission!
Cropping for icons etc. is fine, but please do not remove
my signature or watermark for any reason in case you post the piece somewhere.You may reupload your commission to your websites as long as I am credited
